Simply contact us to arrange the resize and post your ring back to our workshop at your expense. We'll take care of the resizing free of charge and have your ring fitting just right.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss and damage caused by improper care are not considered manufacturing faults.
To keep your White Shadow jewellery looking its best, avoid contact with harsh chemicals like chlorine, perfumes and cleaning products. We also recommend removing your pieces before using weights at the gym. When not being worn, store your jewellery in a clean, dry place.
To make caring for your jewellery easy, White Shadow Jewellery offers complimentary professional cleaning and polishing for life. Whenever your piece needs a spruce up, simply send it back to us and we'll professionally clean and polish it, helping keep your jewellery looking its best for years to come.
We offer complimentary insured shipping on all White Shadow Jewellery purchases. All orders are fully insured and require a signature on delivery. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
United States: All applicable import duties, tariffs and fees are calculated and included at checkout, with no additional import charges on delivery.
Europe: Import duties, VAT and customs fees are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable charges will be determined and collected by your local customs authority or delivery carrier prior to delivery.
