White Shadow Jewellery offers a free Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects on all White or Yellow Gold products sold.

Manufacturing defects refer to the structure and strength of the jewellery item , and most manufacturing defects show up within the first few months of wearing. Any item found defective as a result of manufacturing will be repaired or replaced by White Shadow at no charge.

All fine jewellery, particularly rings, can be affected by normal wear and everyday activities. Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty does not cover any damage to jewellery, loss of stones due to accidents, mishandling or abusive use, theft or damage caused by general wear and tear.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for all rings purchased from our website. Since each ring is crafted to your specific order with passion and precision, we ask that you carefully consider your purchase before finalizing it. However, if the ring does not meet your expectations or if there are any manufacturing faults, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Please ensure the ring is in its original, unworn condition and contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
